Cost of premium, sawn-wood shingles. These shingles have a natural, untreated finish, and measure 18" x 3/4". Rate is inclusive of local delivery, as well as standard excess for perfect installation and occasional repairs.

Basic labor to install the shingle roof under favorable site conditions. This will start with installing a drip edge and eave trim, along with valley flashing. Roofing paper and membrane will then be added, with shingles carefully placed and securely fastened according to manufacturer specifications. Rate is inclusive of planning, preparing and protecting the surface, setting up materials and equipment, and post-project cleanup.

Standard supplies and materials used in the installation process, such as fasteners, underlayment, drip edges, and basic flashing.

Daily rental for special equipment and heavy machinery that increase the quality and efficiency of roof installation. Tools include roof jacks, pneumatic roofing nailer, and shingle cutting tools. Consumable materials charged separately.

Additional fee for safe, expeditious disposal of old materials, installation waste, and all associated debris.

Safe, speedy, and reliable removal of your existing roof. All roofing material, roof paper, vents, jacks, flashing, and gutters (if needed) will be efficiently detached, and nails and staples removed and swept away. Disposal of all associated debris is also included, so the site will be fully prepared for installation before the project begins.
