  | Leland Golf Community Vacant Staging | Jan 2015 | This home had previously been on the market empty for 182 days with no success. It was staged and received an offer only 25 days later! Closing for 97% of its asking price, these homeowners saw a tremendous return on their staging investment. With the staging design of this home, we wanted to accentuate the traditional styling of the architecture and the nice, open concept floor plan. Nestled in a popular golfing community, we were primarily targeting active retirees. We worked closely with the agent to zero in on the most impactful features and overcome any objections the home was getting while previously on the market. | Leland, NC | |
  | Waterfront Home, owner occupied | Sep 2014 | This was such a wonderful project to work on that brought with it some fun challenges. We were focused on updating what we could through repairs and physical changes, but then also using the staging to make the home feel more current. It was important to make sure that buyers' expectations were met, so we transformed some rooms to their original function, e.g.: study/living area back into a bedroom. With owner occupied homes, we work primarily with the homeowner's existing furniture and bring the added "wow" factor through rental of artwork, accessories and lighting. We had amazing homeowners who worked closely with us and their real estate agent to make the changes and updates needed for a quick sale.
