Oltmans Construction Co is a general contractor that offers green building, bedroom remodeling and more. They are based in Whittier. In April 2014, a property owner hired Oltmans Construction Co for a remodeling project using a permit received from the city of Riverside. A solar power system installation was completed by them in January of 2014 in the Casa Blanca neighborhood using a permit also acquired from the city of Riverside.
