The client of this project was a referral from another. The client purchased a foreclosed home and contacted us to remodel and renovate the property. Its a shorter list to say what we didn't do. We kept the windows, tile in kitchen and foyer (but re-grouted, and cleaned them), as well as and the kitchen cabinets, which we also cleaned and restrained, and duct cleaning was performed by Mchafee Heating and Air. Unfortunately, the property had a considerable amount of water damage, electrical, and plumbing issues. However with our skilled team we managed to handle them all without fail in a timely manner in accordance with our budget. The work performed on this property included new siding, roof, complete HVAC with custom venting, flooring, tile, refinished hardwoods, two bathroom remodels, relocation of laundry room and its plumbing electrical and gas lines, addition of two closets, kitchen remodel, garage renovation and epoxy, considerable amount of new drywall, studs, trim, casing, and base. In addition to paint, custom build-ins, railings, and stair cases. Lets not forget all the lighting, switches, outlets, plumbing, etc. This house even had new electric service installed. Take a look at the pictures and you will see our eye for detail and that we truly left no surface untouched.
