IBEX Roof

Hello I called Ibex to have Them come check out my metal roof that was installed last year by West Coast metal buildings because it leaked and was installed incorrectly. Travis told me that they use the wrong kinds screws install the screws incorrectly and also advise me on the wrong type of roof for my building. West Coast metal buildings told me that the reason why it was leaking was because of tree debris. Travis quickly assess the problem and fixed it for me for no charge. I thought that was awesome. He also told me that they could install another type of roof that was the correct one if I wanted without removing the existing roof. We'll see how it works when the rain comes and go from there. Most likely I will be putting on the roof that Travis suggested. Excellent company would refer to anyone that asked. Thanks again Travis you do excellent work.

I interviewed 5 companies, IBEX (Kirk-owner) was absolutely professional! 1-Provided a packet prepared for me: a- Broshures of a selection of all roofing products they offer along with thorough info about the roofing process to help with choice. b- Copies of his business license, certifications of qualifications and experience, WA/Oregon documents of consumer protection info and rights when hiring a contractor and confirmation of insurance, etc. NONE of the other 4 companies provided anything like this at time of bid. Which is expected by the state. Their reviews on line were excellent. 2- Most of bids were within $3000 of each other, with exception of one which came in $6000 higher for same product. IBEX came in 2nd lowest bid, however, Kirk's professional introduction at time of bid surpassed all the others. For a complete replacement of old cedar shingles with a beautiful asphalt shingles on my home, I expect quality product and excellent work. 3- They worked around rainy days at end of May 2016, were always on time and worked full days. Personable crew, worked well together as a team, provided their own "port o potty" and left the surroundings clean. 4- By the way, he left service safety anchors in the roof so that "if" he is needed to come out again he can safely work on my roof. He reassured me he will come out anytime I have a concern. Of course, I have peace of mind he will be there to do so!!

Excellent Service. The guys did an awesome job. After getting 5 different quotes Ibex was the best. Kirk was the best knowledgeable sales rep talking about what the whole process would be step by step..They tore off two layers of shingles in no time, replaced all vents and two sky lights. Would recommend this company anytime !!

Kirk, Travis and the IBEX crew were professional, punctual, hard working and friendly in completing roof and gutter repairs on the house and grounds were completely cleaned when the job was completed. After tornado damage, an emergency call was made to IBEX and within a few hours, Travis was able to tarp damaged portions of the roof and prevent water damage inside the house. Kirk identified additional repair costs that were overlooked by the insurance company and provided a detailed line item description so the insurance company could quickly approve. Kirk brought a sample of new shingles and we saw a color difference in comparing to original shingles. He explained they could complete repairs so color difference would not be that noticeable from the street. Also, Kirk showed me some moss growth on a shaded part of the roof and said they would remove the moss and spread moss killer at no additional cost. Very impressed with IBEX and quality of work. Great work ethics. I would definitely use them again.
