We added an outdoor living area for customers to enjoy their patio, The project was to replace old deck with a new patio and a new landscape w/ irrigation. The seating wall and patio area were constructed with a Borgert paver - superior product when it comes to durability. The seating wall was capped with a precast concrete simulating natural stone. The block was was made out of madera borgert blocks weighing 150lbs - 200lbs which had to be brought in manually . We constructed the wall first then graded the area for the patio, using road base material and sand. We created a 3 piece random pattern then used polymeric sand to bind the pavers. Once we built the wall and patio we graded the outside , installed sprinkler heads with adjustable nozzles to cover sod area.
