| Brighton Basement Remodle | Jan 2016 | This job was a rescue for a family in need. The homeowner had started remodeling the basement 2 years prior and fell sick with Con-genitive Heart Failure. about two months in. After that they relied on volunteers from The American Legion coming to work on Saturdays. I got the call in October. When I got there the wiring had been run the plumbing and drywall was up. We textured and finished the drywall. Tiled the floors. Hung the trim and baseboards, as well as installing 18 recessed lights, and four cluster sets. We are also hanging all the doors and hardware. Running cable to 4 basement rooms and building a costume designed 12'x 8' shelving/drawer/closet system. The thing about this job that makes me happy, is that the service for this family who has been waiting for 2 years to get this done. The dad is a Vietnam Vet with a Purple Heart and Silver Star and is just an amazing man. I feel blessed to be able to have helped this family. | $10k | Brighton, CO | |
