We had already made an appointment with another company. Cool-Aid offer a second opinion or if we had question he would be glad to try and answer any questions over the phone. That was above what I would have expected from a company not getting the job.
I recently had heat and central air installed by this company and they did a two day terrific job. Professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
They have done work in past on old units we had already and did and excellent job on them. But recently had them install all new heat and air and really pleased with them.
