This project was an exterior scrape and paint of a three story Victorian building in the west end of Portland. Some trim and siding needed replacement in addition to the painting. The most notable difficulties of this project included high sides (45 feet), lead containment, close proximity to other buildings, and the sheer magnitude of the building. We were able to complete the job within 3 weeks with no delays in the schedule.

Commercial painting of the Summit Utilities office space in Yarmouth. The project was approximately 8,000ft2 and required the installation of four dry erase boards.

Commercial painting project of a restaurant in Portland, ME. This was a very challenging undertaking due to the presence of lead chips and dust within a restaurant. Containment systems were put in place to seal in the work zone and minimize lead contamination. The tin ceiling was severely rusted and coming down and some areas and needed replacement. Once that was done, we sand blasted the ceiling, primed, and finish coated it with a high performance DTM (direct to metal) gloss paint.

Two part epoxy floor coating of a factory floor. There was approximately 15,000 FT2 of space that was scrubbed clean, holes patched, surface primed, and finish coated. This was all completed in less than 4 days.
