All Vital Construction LLC is the culmination of years of individual success by three brothers, Lucas, Jared and Samuel Cook(CCC Construction, Rundquist Remodeling and Earth Works Custom Tile). We learned our work ethic by growing up in a large family with a single mother who worked hard. Early on, we always accomplished more by working together. Individually, we built excellent reputations with homeowners, designers and architects in the Seattle area as top-of-the-line contractors. We had attained expertise in remodeling, additions and outdoor living spaces and each of us had impressive portfolios of major projects. We decided to create a stronger presence in the area by creating a single company. With our more than 30 combined years of experience, we are now a single resource for a broad range of construction services. Today, we have a professional team of experts in all of the trades, capable of handling any size project.
