Appliance Palacios

These people suck! I ordered a stackable gas washer and dryer for my home. Everything was good up until they got my money. 1. The washer and dryer they connected didn't even have all the parts and the delivery guy told me I had to buy it. 2. The stackable stopped working within the same day it was installed. 3 took them a week to bring me a new one. 4. The new one broke with in 3 days after it was installed. 5. Its been 1 week am still waiting for them to come out and repair the second one. 6. I've LITERALLY been told "they are on there way over there ma'am" everyday thus week. 7. A woman by the name of Jenny told me to stop calling her because she was with friends and she had a life. 8. Owner/manager/supervisor named Rogelio Palacios told me he was on his way and never showed up-never picked up his phone the rest of that day. 9. Asked if they would call me back if they were going to cancel on me- they still dont even call me to tell me when they will send anyone out. And lastly 10. Children are always answering their phones, literally, children.
