On a hot, sunny day in Seattle, my hopes of getting someone out to check a potential leak in my sprinkler system seemed impossible: every place I called was going to take weeks to get on the schedule. From the front desk person that took my call to the field engineer that showed up just hours later (REPEAT: HOURS NOT WEEKS), every single step of my experience was like a cool drink on a hot day - so refreshing!
