Opener doesn't work, opens about 6 inches and gets stuck. it will go down and up again those 6 inches but no more. this just started this morning. the light bulb keeps flashing as well (an error state i assume). currently an M Line 4500 is installed. the home is about 13 years old. we just moved here a year ago and i'm not sure it's ever been replaced. it has an external keypad for your situational awareness.
