About Top Value Construction LLC
We do complete kitchen, bath, basement and entire home remodels. We build decks and fences. We install tile, hardwood and laminate flooring. We do interior, exterior and epoxy paint. We install sinks, faucets, doors, toilets etc. We do masonry including brick, block, cultured stone, steps, chimneys, tuck pointing, porch builds, footings and foundations and concrete. We also fabricate and install custom concrete countertops. What we DO NOT offer are small handyman type services.

I had been living at my house for about three years. I had this ugly half broken rail that was black, but painted green on my porch. I reached out to Home Depot and Top Value construction contacted me. I couldn't afford the vinyl railing that I'd fallen in love with but Top Value told me about another type of railing, peak aluminum railing that was equally nice and more affordable. I was totally satisfied with my railing. It changed my curve side appeal, the job was professionally done, and the installers were professional and prompt. I plan to use them for the remainder of my projects. Thank you Top Value, trusting contractors is not easy due to the amount of scams out here. Thank you for allowing me to feel at ease during the installation of my porch railing. Thank You!

Hired Scott to replace my wood steps to back patio with Trex product and widen the steps. i had to order some additional product items from Home Depot which required Scott to return a couple times. He was always on time,flexible and did quality work. The finished steps really look great. I'd use him again.

We had our old kitchen and bathroom floor removed and hardwood installed with trim. only took 2 days. Quick and good experience.

We had our basement finished. looks great! Concrete counters, rec room, office, workout room, 2 bars and a bathroom. Very pleased with the outcome. Lots of extra space now.
