All the duct work was replaced as well as the insulation. We opened up the kitchen and added a peninsula island. We remodeled both bathrooms. We added a monterrey drop down texture to the whole house. We extended the wash room. The house was repainted and new wood floors were installed throughout the whole house. Recessed lighting and crown molding was added throughout the house.

Installed Faux Wood and Porcelain Tile throughout the house (1736 sq ft) and removed existing tile, carpet, & vinyl Member Comments: We purchased our home with carpet throughout most of the rooms but with 4 children it was impossible to keep clean so we decided to install tile. After getting 3 different quotes, Superior Home Flooring was the only one willing to get us to a price we could afford. Wood looking tile was installed in our living room, hallway, and office. Ceramic tile was installed in the other rooms. The installer was very knowledgeable and gave us ideas to make all the rooms flow. He always made sure that we had access to the necessary areas in our home while the work was being completed. It took about 2 weeks and we are very pleased with the result. The tile looks like real wood and it has definitely added value to our home.
