Our experience with Renovations and Designs has been a grateful one over the past few years so much so that we (GOTHAM CITY DEVELOPMENTS) have now become partners with them. Together we have completed projects through out Washington DC, residentially as well as commercially and now in 2018 we have projects residentially going to start in the Baltimore for a rebuilding of the city in conjunction with the actual city officials to stabilize neighborhoods and to create housing. Their professionalism, project management, staff and networking teams has proved to be a great asset to our company and our clients.

We have a commercial building in Washington DC area in the NW section. We had 305 Building Luxury renovate the entire 4 story space. On the bottom level (stree view) we incorporated commercial space. On the other levels we had them rezone for residential use in which they did "flat units". We also did a pop up addition on the roof and added a roof deck. This project was around 11 months which originally it was planned for 14 months. The budget was within our original cost proposed even with the extra work that we added. Through everything they did an extrodinary job. A lot of team work and effort on everyones part. We would highly recommend them on any project you are considering. Kudos Guys !! Kelly
