  | Moore Laminate Flooring | Dec 2014 | Due to water damage, customer decided to update living room and hallway with Roth Allen laminate flooring. Gunstock Oak color. Project started with the removal of the old carpet and ceramic tiles at the rear door. Prior to laying the underlayment, all debris was scrapped loose and disposed of. Laminate went together nicely.   | NW Porch Repair | Dec 2014 | Project involved the replacement of rotted soffit due to water damage at front porch corner. Area was then painted. After the area of concern was addressed, I built a new end cap with cedar board and stained to enhance the beauty of the wood.   | Tuttle Brown Transformation | Oct 2014 | Helped my customer complete this project that has been ongoing for several months. Unable to complete themselves and having to rely on others, I replaced a few more lap siding panels which were rotted . Replaced the rotted fascia along side of garage. Attached smart board trim along corners. Built trim frame to garage window. Masked off all areas on the house to avoid overspray. Applied two coats of Valspar Dura-Max in a satin finish to house.
