Not punctual with appointments, made me wait for 3 hours and no call. I had to call to figure out what happened. Came the next day, quote was ridiculously expensive. $200 per faucet replacement. Not worth it

Unfortunately I'm unable to recommend Alert Plumbing. I had a backed up sewer line due to roots. The plumber didn't bring the right equipment to cut the roots out. Three weeks later, they needed to come out again for the same issue and they still didn't bring the right equipment. They said I needed to have the utility company fix the root problem and claimed I needed to have Alert install an additional clean-out entrance to the city line. Alert tried to sell the installation service for $3500. I ended up just calling the city of Sunnyvale to clean out the roots and they brought the right equipment for the job - plus it was free. After explaining to City of Sunnyvale, they said the equipment Alert Plumbing was using was only temporary unclogging - it was not removing the roots. Alert would've ended up coming out every month or so just for unclogging and the $3500 clean-out installation recommendation by Alert was unnecessary according to the city utility plumber. I can't recommend Alert Plumbing.

They did a good job installing my new bathtub. Went the extra mike, and installed the shower doors too.
