I have been known to swing a hammer, teach sellers how to lay their own tile, and build custom garden furniture to stage a vacant seller's porch. I get dirty and work hard. As a buyer agent, I can walk through homes we tour, seeing their future potential while throwing out design idea's along the way, + what those idea's might costs, and whom we can hire to do that work. And when the sale in consummated, I will still be there afterwards, holding your hand if you need it. Whether that means choosing new lighting, picking paint colors, finding tile for the bathroom floor, or a carpenter to build your new deck and remove the tacky popcorn from the ceilings, etc...
