Horrible, horrible, horrible! This company previously managed 2 of our properties. We terminated our contract after 1-year, because Tony Forhan had sub-par accounting practices and didn't take care of our properties well. Sure, he talks the talk and sounds nice enough, but if you want your investment properties to be well cared for and accounting accuracy done well, then this is NOT the company for you. We were initially hopeful that it would work out, but we had such a bad experience especially towards the end that I had wished we had fired him months ago. We paid a big price for sticking with him for a year. If you are an owner and looking for a well managed property management company, then I would suggest that you go elsewhere.

This company miss handled the finances with my rental property and instead of being respectful or professional immediately put a lien on my property. This company will mess with you if you don't use their preferred contractors, whose charges are way over other available service providers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
