I was wanting to put an offer on a house and saw that there had been an offer before me and the couple back out, so I ask if there was a report done and yes there was and it was very thorough and the house had alot more issues than I wanted to take on for the price and saw a it was very detailed, so when purchasing my next home I chose to go with Christopher Barry and it was the best decision and he is worth every cent I spent .
