Mikhail Sher formed MS UNIVERSAL SERVICES, INC. in 1996. Since inception, the company has had one goal in mind, to be the best residential heating and cooling Services Company and contractor in Hennepin County and its surrounding communities. For our customers, we provide services such as install and replace the entire range of heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. As a result of our service, 2 out of 3 projects we take on are recommendations from our existing customers and their families.
