Classica Garage Door Replacement

Jul 2015

Replacing an old wood garage door with a new classica steel garage door that looks like wood without the upkeep of a wood garage door. It is a double steelback which means it has 2" of insulation sandwiched between the two layers of steel to keep the garage cooler or warmer depending on time of year. The woodgrain is walnut color. It is a three section door instead of the standard four section door. The Classica design gives it the old world charm so many homes are looking for.

Post Removal on a Garage Door Replacement

May 2015

The homeowner wanted to have one garage door instead of two. The post between the two garages needed to be removed. This post was Not a load bearing post so removal was not a problem. If it had been a load bearing post a lot more work would have been needed to remove the post. By removing the post a new garage door can be installed and give the home a much more updated look not to mention being able to get the cars inside!
