Completion of this 3200 sft full house renovation in Tempe, AZ included removal of all flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and several interior walls. An open concept living area was created. The kitchen was updated with a prep area island, modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, subway backsplash, and chef-grade appliances. Bathrooms were transformed into luxurious spaces with modern fixtures, cabinets, countertops and tile. Old living room beams were repurposed into a fireplace mantel and a back patio bar. Ship-lap was used to highlight the kitchen island and fireplace, and dark hardwood flooring was used throughout. The renovation included reception, offices, a staff area, clean rooms, specialized mechanical infrastructure with proprietary set ups for all manufacturing equipment. As part of Paragon’s commitment to research and development a new state of the art training room for practitioners, laboratories, and other industry partners. This 6,500sf facility is Arizona’s first premier dog day care facility. The design includes a reception/retail area, kitchen/breakroom, offices, laundry, and 3 open area play and exercise rooms for various sizes and temperament of dogs. All dog rooms have specialty flooring with accommodations for canine safety. The design includes a full-service dog spa facility, private dog suite rooms, and a valet dog drop off area. The project was completed in 4 months. Coming soon…an outdoor play area complete with canine grass, shade, and misters.

The client wanted to update this 1950's home into something more modern; with high efficiency windows, air conditioner, and functionality, as she was planning to sell. The floor plan changed slightly & made a huge impact. The most notable was the kitchen opening up into the living room. This allowed light to enter the kitchen & make a more cohesive floor plan where all family members could enjoy the space. The other big change was the Front door entered directly into the stove. We closed that in and created a much needed pantry. Another area is the living/dining room entry into the great room. It went from a small single doorway into a large entry way. This enabled the fireplace to be enjoyed from most of the home. There was a strange window cut-out / pass through in the middle of the wall between the dining room and family room, this was closed off. In the end the client was overjoyed and received her full asking price after less than one month on the market.

The kitchen countertop/seating area was added with waterfall quartz tops and accented with lighting for an elegant entertaining area. New statement fireplace/entertainment wall sets the living room.
