I hated their service, and I have moved quite often... I moved with these guy's over two years ago and it was the worst scam I ever had. They doubled the price after the job was done, also made up a bunch of fees, and pretty much threatened they would dump all my stuff on the street. Over the phone I was insulted. After several searches on Google for a good moving quote, we found and talked with the Customer Services guy of this company and it was very informative. Alex gave us all the information we needed. Their price included insurance which is very safe. Our 2 bedroom apartment was moved perfectly from Downtown Manhattan to Brooklyn Heights in 5 hours. The crew packed and moved us fast, carefully so nothing was damaged. We were really satisfied we used this mover.
