Kelly Building & Development is a family owned and operated construction company from Mooresville, North Carolina. Matt and his son Drew have a combined 50 years experience in the construction industry. First licensed in south Florida in 1980 Matt Kelly has held a contractors license for 34 years, and has been licensed in NC since 1987. Our unique combination of a vast skill set, and hands on owner operation allow us to provide a high quality job that competes with base rates of many other GC's. From foundation, to finish tile work, we are on the job working. Our versatile crew, and skill set, lets us tackle jobs of any size, whether it's residential or commercial. Our experience with concrete work makes us one of the only contractors in the area capable of building suspended concrete patios and garages.
