About Exterior Building Services
Our primary focus is on flat roofs. We can do all kinds of roofs, but have found our niche in commercial roofing & roof top green spaces. Commercial / Residential, any type of roof, steep, flat, & tapered systems. In addition we can install custom roof top patios. To include paver systems, stone gardens, & green spaces. We will work with you, to create, design & provide a beautiful area specific to your request. We have been doing this type of work for 20yrs, and are fully insured. Owner on every job site. No job too big or small.

Dale has done multiple projects for us., at least 8. Mainly rubber, but some shingle too. Always reliable. Prices reasonable, and workmanship is good

Dale and team did an exceptional job repairing chimney flashings on my roof as well as tuck pointing the front pillars on my porch. They were prompt courteous and professional. Dale provides first rate customer service, is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly he is very honest. I cannot thank Dale and team enough for the wonderful work they have done and their fair prices! I would not hesitate to call on Dale and Team again. Dale and his crew did a great job tuck-pointing our chimney and putting down a new rubber roof. Work was done in a timely manner and they really went above and beyond by cleaning the outside of the chimney to make it look brand new. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and the price was right. Thanks again Dale!
