Milledgeville-native, Shane Robbins, owner of Perimeter Builders, has become the builder of choice for home buyers and commercial business partners. As a licensed general contractor in the State of Georgia, he has helped change the landscape through his innovative and detail driven building of custom homes, remodels and renovations, and custom commercial projects for the last decade. Perimeter Builders offers the residential and commercial marketplace broad experience, proven track record and a highly successful team approach to building with superior craftsmanship. Shane Robbins is directly involved in every project phase. From early stages of design, to final project punch-out, Shane and his team promise to deliver a quality product in a timeline and budget that you have discussed together. SHANE'S BUILDING BIOGRAPHY: Shane began his building career in 2003 with Vinings Building Group out of Atlanta, Georgia. There he honed his project management skills with large and small scale remodling projects throughout the Atlanta Metro area. After several successful projects that led to home building referrals, he moved onto residential neighborhoods where he was the developer and contractor for prestigious subdivisions like Rammel Oaks in Avondale Estates and Conway Pointe in Dunwoody, Atlanta. Shane established his own company, Perimeter Builders, Inc in 2007 and shortly thereafter moved to Milledgeville, Georgia to be closer to family. Once in Milledgeville, Shane embarked on the premier condominium project, Legacy at Sinclair. Shane worked closely with his Atlanta based architect to bring classicly structured home living to Lake Sinclair. While working on the Legacy project, Shane contracted himself out to help expand local commercial business offices and buildings. Recently, Perimeter Builders has partnered with other companies located throughout the South East region on several large HUD projects while he still remains busy creating custom new construction and remodeling in Middle Georgia.
