well it didn't go. mike came over and I signed a contract with him and he was to start the job in 9-10 days. well I told him after several conversations that he needed ins on him and his crew. that didn't go over so well. he didn't have it. I said well your not setting foot on my property without it. so the job never did get done. there's plenty of contractors out there with ins so im not worried.
