Mikes work our project was below par at best. We paid him to remodel a property of ours which included interior remodel, exterior painting, Deck Replacement and privacy fence. On the inside they were to replace all plumbing fixtures when the walls were opened up in both bathrooms to make sure they would be no issues. They were also to move the hot water tanks out of the bathrooms. When the project was finished, they did not replace the valves in the wall and we had a leak the flooded the downstairs unit. They also did not replace the tubs which were suppose to be new. When they moved the Hot water tanks they plumbed them wrong and do not meet code. Those will have to be redone. On the outside they painted the house and within 2 months of them finishing the paint started peeling. We discussed that they were going to repaint the house and now they will not return calls or emails and seem to have no intention of fixing the issue. I have to now have someone else come in an repaint the house in the spring. They also messed up on the deck build and never fixed it. and the the gate posts were not leveled when they put them in, in fact they never finished the fence and someone else had to fix it. I will pursue them in the courts for all the damages that have been incurred. They also screwed over another friend of mine as well that I had referred them to before this issue came up. At this time they have not shown any effort to fix the issues.

Wes did a great job. He was very polite. He worked hard every moment he was in our home. He did very good work.
