Robby Warren Lawn Maintenance

I hired this lawn service in 2014. They never showed up when they said they would. They cut the grass way too short and left horrible muddy gouges in the yard. They left my gates open so my dogs got out. They did use invoices or contracts everything was verbal. 2 years later, this “Christian” company sent my account to collections for services never rendered. This man is not an honest business person. DO NOT USE THEM.

I do not recommend Robby Warren Lawn Service. Over time, the workers began to cut the grass shorter and shorter which eventually caused much of the grass to die. Also, when they used the weed eater to trim around several small newly planted trees they cut off all the bark which of course killed the trees. I tried calling many times and always had to leave a voice message. No one ever returned a call. The last time they came during a pouring rain, making muddy ruts all over the yard I happened to be home and told them to stop and asked them to tell Robby Warren that we no longer needed their service. I called several times over the following months to ask for a final bill which we determined should be $65 (covering one service) and never heard from anyone until almost a year later when Warren called and threatened to report our account to a collection agency! They said we owed over $300! We asked for a detailed invoice record and after several weeks we received a jumbled mess of non-sensical figures so we asked for a more traditional presentation of invoices and after another couple of weeks received an entirely different billing presentation which was nothing more than a neatly typed list. No invoice copies or other evidence was presented. The revised bill concluded we owed $290! Even though our original verbal included lawn service to be performed one time during the winter months for the purpose of blowing leaves off the lawn, on the bill, there were several dates of service listed during the months of November, December, and January when absolutely nothing needs mowing in McDonough, Georgia! After considering the cost and inconvenience of litigation we reluctantly decided to pay that amount and be done with it. The experience with Robby Warren was the single worst experience we have ever had regarding any kind of service.
