Eddie Design and Remodeling

After a costly and disappointing experience with another Bay Area contractor, I was fortunate to find ED&R (415-565-9371 , edremodel.com) to complete the renovation of my Russian Hill condo.

ED&R's work was excellent and timely, despite COVID delays & restrictions, and as the work progressed we built the trust and respect essential to a successful business relationship. 

Sarmad was my project manager. He helped choose and configure cabinetry and other finish goods, kept me well-informed of progress, and when the inevitable problems arose he solved them. There were no bad surprises.

 ED&R converted a property with decades of "deferred maintenance" into a beautiful apartment I was able to quickly lease for my asking rent.

They did a professional quality job for my kitchen remodel in our home in Los Gatos. They came when they said they were coming. Eddie really listens and was willing to make changes when asked. He communicated with us daily and made sure the work was done right and efficiently. He also gave us great recommendations for materials.. I will definitely call them again if I decide to remodel the living room.

I was extremely happy with the kitchen remodel . We recently bought a house in Mountain View and the kitchen was very old. They broke a wall, changed cabinets , floors and windows. Very satisfied with the service!!
