Was assigned them by American Home Shield. True to the pattern here they took a week to come. Man that came said our system (4 years old) was leaking and completely out of coolant and I quote, he said “I’ve never seen that before” and that we needed new copper pipes. Of course AHS said this wasn’t covered so I’m thinking if not covered I’m going to go with someone trusted and has good reviews, Nunez AC. I called them at 7PM the night I found all this out. It is now 10:42 AM the next day and he was here and diagnosed the problem in literally 10 minutes and no where near what this company told us - #1 it is a valve (which has happened in the past) AND #2 Coolant/Freon is full. Complete Air Mechanical of Central FL should be ashamed of themselves and should just sell used cars - they are dirty and dishonest! I’ll be cancelling my AHS as soon as I can too! If any questions to the validity of this just respond and I will provide copy of the invoice left with us. IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY ASSIGNS THEM ASK TO BE REASSIGNED. USING THEM WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Scam. I had to use this company because AHS insurance only contracted with them in my area. Upon the initial assessment, they told AHS the compressor needs to be replaced, it will cost me $855 for the freon. Then, they called me behind AHS back, told me the whole condenser needs to be replaced, since I have to pay $855 out of my pocket, why not replace the whole unit with them directly at a discounted price. I asked Complete Air Mechanical "if the whole unit needs to be replaced, why didn't you tell my insurance company? instead, you are contacting me directly, is it a conflict of interest?" I refused their offer. On the day of the repair, my tenant and her 19y old son were home, she had to leave for work, but told the tech her son is home. When she returned home, she found out the tech had left and the unit was still not working. I called Complete Air Mechanical, and they told me the unit has been repaired. I said the technician left without demonstrating the unit is repaired to my tenant, how do you determine it is working? They refused to go back and fix the unit, and refused to refund my payment of $855, they said as far as they were concerned, the unit was fixed despite not cooling or heating.

One star is too many Complete air mechanical of central fl been the WORST CONTRACTOR EVER. A tech was out 4/26 it took them three days to advise American Home Shield what was needed. When I called the on 4/29 I was lied to and advised they were waiting on AHS,I called AHS and was told Complete air had not sent anything to them yet (i was put on hold so they can call Complete air to find out what is going on, when the rep came back she said they will be faxing in the paperwork within a few minutes. I called complete air back to find out why they hadn't submitted the paperwork and was given excuses Excuse 1 they worked late ( if they worked late then why did it take 3 days for them to send the info to AHS? Excuse 2- they had to research the part ( Its a compressor what has to be researched?) Excuse 3 -they have to order the part. ( FYI American Home shield ordered the part) The part needed was finally ordered, by AHS, per tracking it was due to be delivered on 5/5. I called complete are on 5/5 after 3 pm to schedule an appointment for the tech to come back out to change the part. I was lied to once again as I was told the part had not been delivered yet. I let the lady that answered the phone that per FedEx tracking it was delivered at 12:26 pm. I was then put on hold and when she came back she told me that they have not looked at the deliveries and they will call back to schedule. I finally got an appointment for 5/10 between 12-5. On that day I got a call from compete air stating that the tech is out sick wont be back in till Wednesday 5/12 and they are all booked up they will have a tech out first am Wednesday. I called today Wednesday May 12th after 10 am to find out where the tech is and why he is not at my house yet ( I was promised on Monday that the tech will be out first thing in the morning.). I was put on hold the person came back and she said was trying to get in touch with the tech, and was unsuccessful, then given another excuse/lie that the tech has to go to the warehouse and get parts first. So what time is first am ?????. It was already after 10 am. Complete air called me back to let me know that the tech will be out this afternoon and preceded to get an attitude when i told her that I know she doesn't give a f&@k that i have been with out AC for 2 weeks and it has been over 90 degrees in FL . The associate huffed and puffed and stated unfortunately... I hung up on her before I could be given another excuse. I DO NOT recommend this company the customer service is subpar and the employees have no integrity.
