A nightmare. Huge promises up front. Poor showing. Bad communication once he had the money. Getting him to finish the job a headache. Two months in more than half of the work is not completed and he won't answer my calls. Do NOT pay him upfront. Personable; seems knowledgeable but once he cashes the check, you can't find him. Do NOT recommend.
