Innovative Builders did work for me over a period of 8 years when I lived in Knoxville, TN. The work was exceptional. It included enclosing a balcony off the living room to create a sunroom which did not look as if it were an add-on. Kitchen cabinets were rebuilt to include full extension pull-out shelves. A new water heater was installed in the attic and that job involved removing pull-down stairs and the frame in order to get the water heater through the opening. There was attention to detail in all work and the ability to resolve difficult and unusual problems. I appreciated daily clean-up while working on a project and thorough clean-up at the end. I highly recommend Innovative Builders.
