L&T General Contractors and Restoration

L & T as of today, September 25th L&T has not paid for nor pulled the required city permits and a fine (dated 7/9/19) is still pending until Luis satisfies the cities written instructions ( dated 9/3/19) to get the fine reduced. We now have a contractor we need to do other work and the city will not issue a permit until L&T satisfies it’s fine and permitting issues. This work has been held up for over 60 days, because Luis refuses to complete his responsibilities. Beware of using this company. The Corley’s
