Steve is a scholar and a gentleman! Before i comment on the thorough professional job he did, i would like to highlight his approach when i first contacted him. He was extremely polite and listened patiently and empathatically to all my concerns about lead based paint given my kids medical history. Then he provided a very thorough and detailed analysis of the potential issues. Instead of scaring me (which some may have done) he gave me very practical and sound advice. He worked with me to find a solution which solved my problem but was still within my budget. Finally he moved his schedule around to accommodate my request for urgent testing. During actual testing he was again very through and did a lot more than the spot testing we had agreed to. After that he gave us a very detailed overview of any potential risks and mitigants and politely answered our multiple questions. He even found time to show my daughter who was getting a bit cranky a magic trick!! All in all, 200% satisfied and will gladly recommend him to anyone who needs his services. Thank you sir! 🙏
