Update porch trim and railing update post trim

Oct 2018

Replace the stair hand rail as the supports had rotted out. Replace the corner post trim as it was also rotting away. Add the hand rail on the side of the porch. Replace the wood trim boards on the back patio with new PVC trim boards and make the wood meet with the soffit as there where big gaps between these before. Below is what I had posted to Instagram and Facebook. The photos go in order of after to before, this is our latest completed project. We have transformed a couple of supporting #columns from some outdated rotten one buys to some new white #pvctrim boards with some molding around them the Jazz them up a little bit. we also removed a rotten column in the front that was not load bearing and just decorative and updated it was a brand new 4x4 with a white #versawrap pvc post wrap with trim at the top and bottom purchased from #WilsonsLumber in #NewWilmington . the small handrail on the side of the porch was also added and did not exist before. The handrail going up and down the steps was removed and replaced with this new #veranda handrail purchased from #homedepot as the old one was unsteady from the supports rusting away. These where updated with a #simpsonstrongtie 4x4 post supports. We also moved the hand rail over a few inches to add some extra space to the steps and added some neat little #ledsolarpostlights caps for a nice Finishing Touch. The previous holes in the concrete porch where fixed with #rapidset cement all. Thanks for looking. Foundation covering

Oct 2018

A concrete covering system our team came up with. In this case our customer had a lot of mortar joints coming loose. There was no structural damage only cosmetic. Our customer wanted to make the foundation look great how ever Stone and brick facade was out of their price range our team engineered a solution that was in their price range and this is what we came up with.

Andover deck repair

Aug 2018

A tree fell on this deck. This job was part of a larger insurance fix. It was already mostly cleaned up when we got there however we had had to match the previous construction completely. Unfortunately we however had to move the steps from the right side to the front, as whomever put the new "awning" in place had placed the support post right in the middle of where the steps used to be. The light was also very slightly different than the old one that was crushed by the tree however in turn the new light post did include an outdoor outlet as a plus. We where able to match the previous wood work exactly with a few improvments to the steps and handrail posts.
