I work alone or with 1 or 2 guys. I produce quality work with references to follow. I believe in helping people as much as possible to where both sides can be content. I've done quite a few bathroom updates in the area and really enjoy the finished product and the look on my clients faces. I do have some OCD characteristics which are positives because it ensures me that I do the best job possible and not settle for doing enough just to get by.
