SC Bass Constuction

We were looking to have our basement finished, which meant we needed plumbing, electrical, flooring, and walls added. SC Bass Construction was able to come in and take care of it all. Stephan and his crew are knowledgeable about code and craftsmanship. Stephan also was great in terms of communication and the status of the project. We are very pleased with our finished basement and will definitely reach out to SC Bass Construction again for any needed upgrades.

Had our basement finished with Stephan. He made it a very easy process. Fast to respond, always there when he says he will be and got everything done lower than what he told us it would be. Great to work with and would do so again anytime I need work done.

My wife and i decided to relocate to one of our rental properties. upon returning we found that there was rotted sub flooring in both bathrooms. This is an older house, and it really needed a lot of work. Mr. Bass was very patient and helped with the entire process from start to finish. Always on time and very professional.

So, prior to my viewing any of his previous work, I read a detailed description of how he would remodel our bathrooms in his own words. Right away as the son of a contractor, I recognized that Stephan Bass knew exactly what he was doing. Initially, I did not tell him my late father was an Old School Master carpenter. As I observed his preparation, approach to getting the job done and attention to detail, I knew we were in good hands. He and his team managed demolition, cleanup, preparation, restoration, remodeling, final cleanup, and detailed finishing touchup! All of this in a kind and professional manner. I appreciate that professionalism as it is difficult to find in this day and time. Stephan is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in the construction industry!! I shared with Stephan that I wouldn’t just let anyone work on my house… only my father, Mike Holmes (HGTV) and Stephan Bass (S.C. Bass Construction)! Thank you Stephan!! --Wayne
