Our staff is very knowledgeable and we are not a fly by night company, we have been in business for several years and we can do anything. Are guys are skilled and talented.. Biggest thing with us is the wait time sometimes due to the amount of repeat business we get. Things can get busy and the fact that is hard to find good qualified guys who work like us (fast but with quality and knowledge is rear).. We have high standards and expect the same and want to give in return the same. So we just wont hire anybody so in the late summer things can take a little longer for us to get to a job but we do get to it and customers are always happy. We only want the best. This keeps us better then the r On smaller jobs we can estimate and after deposit we will get you on schedule. For larger jobs we typically give free estimate which is a close number. This way you can find out if what you want is even in the ballpark, but until after we do a uncover and discover session we will not have an exact quote, If customer likes us and our numbers then we will follow up after a $100.00 deposit has been received and we will do a uncover and discover session, this way if things are hidden behind wall we know before going into the job vs after its too late. This helps with eliminating having hidden expense and changes pop up during a job. On the final quote it will have a breakdown of what work is in We keep a clean job site and let them know what's going on and what to expect before the job starts, we give them an outline detail of what we will be doing. Also under our Terms and Conditions we have a long list this way it does help let customer know what to be aware of during work. Dust we can use Zip walls and sanders with vacuum on them. etc. Our customers call us back for more work not problems.. We do great work and it has kept us busy for several years, this year we have added on and looking to grow more. This year goal is to grow with red beacon All aspects of remodeling and new home construction We are able to handle any job that is big or little. So we really can do all aspects and if we are not the ones to do something we have contractors that we work with that can do it. Because we always keep a clean job site along with trustworthy employees and subs contractors that we have used for several years. Once we get a customer they usually always call us back for more work.
