About RS Bailey General Contracting
We have been operating in the Hagerstown area since 2003. We have extensive experience with Kitchens, Basements, and Baths as well as completing entire home remodels. We have completed renovation projects on houses from over 200 years old to new construction. We work with the homeowner on every aspect of every project to ensure all details are properly completed to utmost satisfaction. We are also a EP Henry Certified Hardscape Contractor as well as a Lowes Contractor.

I got 3 estimates from contractors for a paver patio. Shawn gave me two options for my patio, exactly what I asked for and his vision of the patio. I liked what his vision was a lot more than my original idea so that is what I decided to do. Shawn and his team were very professional and gave us a beautiful patio in our backyard. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. He also ended up doing a very nice front walkway and small patio for my mom.

His workmanship is great and we're extremely happy with our new patio and bathroom. We had a limited budget and he was able to work within it and give us exactly what we wanted. He tore down and rebuilt our concrete patio using pavers. He also replaced the old wooden railing with a black railing. The whole patio looks great. We are so excited to begin using it this spring. He also remodel our small main bathroom, replacing everything, except the tub. It looks beautiful!

Shawn and his team are very professional and did an outstanding job on the deck attached to my house and my pool deck. I have used Shawn for many years for different projects and his quality of work is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to use his services.
