This is a review of Pausen Heating and Cooling of Fremont, Michigan. Recently, they replaced the old heating and cooling system for our house. It was the first time we did business with Paulsen, and we were a little nervous because we were spending a lot of money; a lot for us, anyway. Throughout the entire process, Randy and his crew were competent, courteous and professional. After the installation, there was some follow up work needed, and I'm glad to report that Paulsen took very good care of us. We highly recommend them.
