GE Model #TBX21J1SSRWH top mount freezer refrigerator with ice maker. There is water buildup in the bottom of the refrigerator under vegie trays. It appears that the freezer and freg are both working (keeping things cold). I moved the vegie trays and pulled a lot out of my freezer - so things could breath but it didn't solve my problem.
