Hired to remove plaster and lathe. Agreed on one week + timeline with finish date of when i come back from out of town. Came back to half finished job. Seems to want to work from noon to around five. Spent a week helping with remaining. Was always there in morning. Owner would show up most of time without help When he brought help they dropped their hypodermic needle in living room or "felt sick" and had to leave Finished at end of week when i had to leave again. Gave deposit for another job. Didn't hear from for 5 days Oddly someone broke into the house and stole about $3,000.00 worth of tools and materials i had paid them to secure. Absolutely do not recommend.

As well as Aluminum tear off, Materials, and 1/2" foam insulation applied. This home had numerous corners and anles to make the 1-5 complexity rating score at A 4 rating. However, We at Gambino 440 had a Great Interaction With The Customer. We enjoyed the difficulties of the project as professional challenges. It was completed in 3 Days with a 3 man crew on the job. Day 1: tear off of old siding, and repair of bad wood etc. Insulation install and materials Delivery. Day 2: Bending and install of all windows, and doors aluminum trim (custom). J-channel, and PVC Textured AZEK Corner and Gables Trim Installed, Start of Siding Install. Day 3: Finish Siding, Detail Clean up, Gutter Cleaning, and closure of the Finances and warranty agreements. | $5k | Medina, OH |
