Exterior Paint. We caulked all failed caulk joints, splices, around doors and windows to prevent water infiltration. We painted a "low sheen" Premium Product. All walls were sprayed and back rolled with two coats of paint. Derek and the homeowner "Donna" performed a quality walk after completion.

The home possessed wood rot damage at barge rafters, T111 siding, and other areas. All damaged areas were replaced. We caulked throughout exterior with an elastomeric 30yr caulking. All bare exposed existing and replacement lumber was covered with an exterior primer. We sprayed and back rolled the house with 2 coats of a "low sheen" top coat of paint. After completion of the job, Derek performed a quality walk with the homeowners.

Interior Painting in Condominium in Rocklin. Baseboards, doors, and cracks were all caulked with an elastomeric 30 yr. caulking. All ceilings were sprayed white. All walls were painted with an eggshell paint. All bathrooms, and laundry room, was painted with a semi-gloss paint. A quality walk was performed with Derek and the homeowner after completion

Exterior Home Repaint. We pressure washed the exterior of this home to remove dust, debris, spider webs, etc., to give the paint a clean surface to bond to the existing paint. We also caulked an elastomeric 30yr caulking on all failed caulk joints, around windows, doors, garage doors, and wood splices to prevent any water infiltration. The two coats of paint was sprayed and back rolled with a "low sheen" exterior top coat of paint. The purpose of the back roll is to apply pressure to the surface for penetration of paint into surfaces. The low sheen paint repels water unlike a flat exterior paint that absorbs moisture. All exterior doors and garage doors were painted with an exterior semi-gloss paint. The contrast between the difference of sheens (shiny finish) offers the best protection, and also, gives the home a 3D visual effect. At the completion of the job, a quality walk is always performed with Derek and the homeowner.

We caulked all failed caulk joints, around windows and doors with a 30yr. elastomeric caulking. The exterior body was sprayed and back rolled with two coats of "low sheen" paint for proper coverage and durability. The garage door and doors were painted with an exterior semi-gloss paint. Derek performed a quality walk with the homeowners.

Chocolate Exterior Paint. We pressure washed all the dust, debris, spider webs, etc. We caulked all failed caulk joints around windows, doors, garage door, and trim. We painted two coats of a "low sheen" exterior paint to protect against the seasons. The trim was also painted a "low sheen paint. When the street lights are on, the light reflects slightly from the finish of the paint. A quality walk with Derek was performed after completion.
