NO QUALITY CONTROL CHEAP PRODUCTS CHEAP, UNSKILLED LABOR NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO RELIABILITY M experience has been similar to Adam Dawson's. The original buyer of our house got into a legal battle with them over flooding while the house was built. She was able to get out of buying it. They put it up for sale. During the buying process, I read a comment in the contract stating that we had been made aware that there had been "minor flooding" in the home while it was being built, and that it had been fixed. No, we had not been told anything about any flooding. That should have been a great big red flag. Unfortunately, circumstances were such that we had no choice but to ask for more information and proceed. We were out of state, move out date was upon us, and we had to close before Christmas or it would be delayed until the second week of January. Since then, it's been problems after problems. Some big: leak under the kitchen sink, leak under the laundry room tub, broken windows, no screens, windows that won't open, AC leaking freon, water puddling along our front door, etc. Others not that big, but annoying: unfinished paint job, broken tiles, mismatched grout, lights that don't work, missing insulation, hanging wires, etc. 9 months later, we are still waiting on items to be fixed that we were told would be fixed before moving in! It's ridiculous. I could go on and on, and our neighbors have similar stories. So, consider yourself warned. Find yourself a different builder.

I had issues from the beginning of the building process, from the type of foundation and errors in the layout of the plumbing in the foundation which had to be broken up and patched, to using an inferior quality paint and wrong sheen than what was on the contract. All the way through the end, by never receiving factory window screens and finishing a bathroom mirror. Also, they will dump worthless caliche through the yard, which is a horrible base for any grass or plants. These are just some of the many issues I dealt with throughout the process and still paying to make it right. This company is all about money and making the most profit possible and not about customer service. Even when there were obvious mistakes, I had to fight arduously to get them fixed. They use the cheapest contractors and there is no quality control during the project. Project manager (Arnold) stopped answering the phone and responding to messages halfway through the project. Also the air conditioner drain pipe came apart in the attic and caused water damage on the ceiling, wall, and laminate floor where it drained all over. Refused to fix the damage. Latest issue is leaking windows which comes into the house because they don’t properly install them by using silicone caulk. And they don’t even put trim around the side or back windows (cheap)
