Very hard to get return calls or schedule appt. excuses range from scheduler out to temp scheduler no response. Then after days tech visit and return visit. On return visit, condo owner(s) blamed to tamper with boiler temp control. Boiler rm under lock and key with limited access. Impossible excuse. Tech was CYA for return due to unresolved issue from first visit. Not BBB accredited. Common thread in reviews. Poor customer service.

Mike, a technician from Choice Mechanical came to my condo unit on Oct 12, 2018. I had no heat. Choice Mechanical is also the service provider for the condo complex. Even though he was in my unit for about 1.5 hours, he could not fix the lack of heat problem. Choice Mechanical even suggested that I might need a $600 coil flush in my unit. I called Choice Mechanical many times in October and only because of my persistence did another technician show up on Oct 31. Pat, another technician came on Oct 31 and closed a valve that Mike had opened. Pat indicated the mistake that Mike had made and it took Pat about 10 minutes to bring heat to my unit. Because I had no heat for 19 days and it was very cold for many days and nights, I spend two nights in a hotel, bought an additional space heater and have had a increase in my electric bill. Choice Mechanical's mistake cost me $400. I wrote the president, Jason Jenkins, president of Choice Mechanical and he indicated that Mike's mistake or error was "out of their control". He blamed me. Do not use this company. They do not care about the customer and showed a real lack of knowledge and expertise.
