I am a licensed and insured small, local business servicing Colorado Springs that specializes in residential tile installation and interior remodeling. I pride myself on listening to your needs, working with you on design, and providing you with impeccable craftsmanship. I have an extensive education in architecture and work experience in remodeling installation. Combined, these 16 years of experience allow me to use a design sense, an understanding of materials, and craftsmanship to provide you with a product that truly works for you. I offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on my installations.

Lee remodeled my bathroom (top to bottom) and did a fantastic job! When he first came to my home, I didn’t have a clue what I wanted. He helped me recreate the floor plan to maximize space and have more storage. He also helped me pick tiles, mosaic strips and finishes that all flowed well together—he’s truly an artist with his work. The tile he installed was flawless, the custom vanity he built is beautiful, and I absolutely love the new look of my bathroom. If you’re looking for someone who takes the time to get things right, then I highly recommend Aviv Tile and Remodeling!

I needed my townhome kitchen completely ripped out and redone to create a better floor plan and make it more usable. I needed two walls ripped out, cabinets installed, a kitchen island built, counters tiled, floor tiled, walls patched and painted, light fixtures updated, appliances installed...the whole 9 yards! Aviv Tile and Remodeling did a fantastic job...I'd recommend them to anyone! Lee (Mr. Aviv) worked with me on all my design choices every step of the way. He made suggestions based on whether I wanted things to "look pretty" or last forever, and managed to make it do both! When I was confused about my kitchen layout options, he drew up a floor plan and put the whole thing in photoshop, so I could see what it would look like before it was built! He was professional, prompt, clean, respectful, and gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced--even when I changed my mind on the design a million times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
