We have had terrible problems in are apartment because of a leak. Brandi has done everything to help us resolve this problem, she is a good manager and cares about the tenants . I would recommend Dlr properties.

The worst rental business I've Ever seen! The so called manager Melaine is a total wreck! She's a know it all, has a serious power Trip & ego the size of over sized Hippopotamus! She did nothing but complain about how she always has to work through lunch & never gets a break. I then asked her what she did in All the time she wasn't at the office & if course she said she was busy with new clients. She isn't good at answer the calls instead of always having to leave a message Again I asked her a question. She leaves at 4:00 from my stops by the supposed office I can't seem to find and good help at. Horrible service & demanding. I say what does the public want to spend their time with, give their hard earned money to & trust them to Honestly help you when a Repair needs fixed. I actually saw the lawns & grounds at quite a few places DLR Properly Management rents for owners & I got to chat with a few of the tenants at a few and they didn't have a good thing to say about DLR! They said some ratty looking guys drinking beer were mowing the lawn & didn't even pick yo trash in the lawns, they mowed over them & threw cigarette buts on the lawn! DLR Property Managent is who hires these workers for the I w ers if the Properties! They charge a lot for rent & have very poor cleaning quality fir the places. Too many good rental management businesses in town. I'd Never recommend them in any way as I don't see anything to recommend other that maybe they should be in collections for the property owners! My rating: -2 Negative 2 points Out of 5!
